Anna is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team. She advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions with a particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters for national retailers and clients in the retail and leisure sectors. Anna’s work also includes advising on a broad range of ecclesiastical property matters for clients such as diocesan boards of finance, charitable trusts and parochial church councils.

• Supporting the franchising arrangements and site acquisitions for an international restaurant chain, as well as providing on-going lease portfolio management advice.
• Assisting several nationwide retailers with store relocations, lease re-gears and lease renewals.
• Acting on behalf of a parochial church council on the sale of a church to a property developer.
