About Adele

Adele is a trainee solicitor in the Private Client team. She joined Winckworth Sherwood in 2021 as a paralegal in the Real Estate team, acting for investment companies on disposals and acquisitions of large property portfolios, and assisting with due diligence and transactional processes. Since starting her training contract, Adele has worked in a variety of areas, starting in the Construction department, alongside a secondment to Barratt Homes, and then the Commercial Real Estate and Licensing team.

Adele has taken part in many of the firm’s CSR initiatives and contributes to a number of the firm’s charitable partnerships.

Prior to joining the firm, Adele worked for an alternative legal services provider, where she negotiated benchmark reform documentation and confidentiality agreements for commercial clients.

Recent experience

  • Assisting with drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and employee handbooks, as well as with advice on settlement agreements.
  • Preparing documentation for Employment Tribunal hearings and liaising with the Tribunal and chambers in the management of cases.
  • Undertaking research on unusual topics for the team and preparing notes of advice.
