Zareen works in the real estate team focusing on affordable housing development, mixed-use development and regeneration schemes. She works on a range of development and conveyancing matters, including acquisition and disposals, landlord and tenant work and utility agreements.

Zareen primarily acts for registered providers, local authorities and developers.

Recent experience

• Acting on behalf of a registered provider in respect of a regeneration scheme at their site in Mitcham.
• Acting on behalf of developers in negotiating and completing various utility matters, including substation transfers and leases.
• Acting on behalf of local authorities on the acquisition of residential property to be used for the purposes of social housing.
