Libby joined Winckworth Sherwood as a Solicitor in the Parliamentary Planning and Public Law team in 2023. She has practised in both New Zealand and the UK, and has experience advising on the consenting of large infrastructure projects and Harbour Orders, and advising harbour authorities in relation to their statutory powers and duties.
