About Jill

Jill works in the Housing and Regeneration Department and has acted for Registered Providers of Social Housing and in Local Government in most areas of conveyancing. Her experience includes acquisitions and sales, planning and nomination agreements, development and ancillary agreements, compulsory purchases, right to buy sales and leases, shared ownership leases and charging titles for security portfolios.

Jill specialises in the property aspects of loan security for Registered Providers and has extensive experience on all property matters in funding deals; in particular the charging and refinancing of large scale property portfolios, including private placements and bonds.  Jill also acts for lenders advising on the property aspects of security transactions.

Jill has also lectured for the National Housing Federation to RSL development officers and local authority staff on “Key Development Issues”, covering the conveyancing process leading to site acquisition.
