  • Advising on partnership agreements and disputes
  • Assisting clients with Judicial Mediation, Employment Tribunal cases and Employment Appeal Tribunal cases.
  • Assisting a regulatory body in defending an application for Judicial Review
  • Negotiating favourable and high value departure terms for a number of senior level employees and C-suites
  • Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements and handbooks
  • Drafting privacy notices for employees and job applicants
