Claire is a Partner in the Residential Development Sales team acting for private house-builder developers as well as registered providers of social housing on the legal preparation and disposal of outright, shared ownership and restricted equity plots in new build developments. Claire also has extensive experience acting for high net worth individuals in the acquisition and disposal of high value residential properties as well as lease extensions.
