Winckworth Sherwood strengthens Immigration practice with new hire

Winckworth Sherwood is delighted to welcome Younes Ech-Chadli to the Immigration practice as Senior Associate.

Younes brings with him a decade of experience within immigration law, having advised on all aspects of UK private and business immigration, citizenship and public law matters, including applications for Skilled Work visas, the EU Settlement Scheme, Sponsor Licences for businesses, Start-up and Innovator visas, as well as family settlement applications and British citizenship for those naturalising and registering.

Younes has successfully acted in a number of significant cases on behalf of Chinese, Indian and US nationals in UK courts, including overturning previous decisions via judicial review.
