Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has announced the promotion of two new partners – Theresa Kerr in Education and Jane Wakeham in Parliamentary. The promotions are effective from 6 April.
Theresa leads the firm’s School Support Service advising all types of schools on a range of issues including exclusions and admissions, employment, data protection, freedom of information, company law, governance and contracts. The team are currently very busy dealing with a number of implications for schools of COVID-19.
Jane focuses on the promotion of infrastructure projects advising on all aspects of promotions by Hybrid and Private Bill, Transport and Works Act Order, Harbour Order and Development Consent Order.
