Winckworth Sherwood is representing Clarion on the acquisition of a canal side property in central Manchester to be developed for 63 apartments and 3 town houses for sale on a shared ownership basis. The site is to be developed on behalf of Clarion by H20 Urban, a joint venture between developer Bloc and the Canal & River Trust. Our team negotiated the sale agreement (conditional on planning) and a development and funding agreement as well as assisting in agreeing the underlying construction documentation.
