Winckworth Sherwood’s Charging Team has acted for Sovereign Housing on its £375m bond issue which includes a £125m retained element to issue at a later date. The money raised from the bond issue will support Sovereign’s investment in the quality of its homes and services, as well as building nearly 2,000 new homes a year.
The Winckworth Sherwood team was led by Head of Charging, Jill O’Reilly and further support was provided by the wider Charging Team including Hayley Turner, Annette Monthy, and Gemini Cecil.
