The Panorama Building includes 241 apartments, the majority let on assured short-hold tenancies. The site also contains two commercial spaces totalling 17,572 sq ft, currently operated by Regus and Anytime Fitness. The asset currently pays £1.25m in annual passing rent. Law firm Fladgate LLP acted for the purchaser, with Winckworth Sherwood LLP acting for the vendor.
