Winckworth Sherwood is advising Linkcity, the development arm of Bouygues UK, on the development of the “Triangle” site on St Thomas’ hospital campus in London.
Andrew Bedford from Winckworth Sherwood’s real estate team is leading the project for Linkcity as preferred bidder on the regeneration plan to transform part of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Trust’s estate on Lambeth Palace Road. The development will provide increased capacity for the existing Evelina London Children’s Hospital (ELCH) as well as much needed new facilities, including surgical theatres and imaging suites, for children and young people from across south London and south east England.
