We are regularly instructed to advise on and draft model contracts of employment, offer letters and workplace policies and procedures for a variety of clients including a number of large academy trusts, including those with a religious character. In addition, we have been instructed to prepare model contracts and policies for newly formed academy trusts. We are adept at reflecting our client’s particular context and needs as part of the drafting process. Where required, we are able to guide our clients through the consultation process with the recognised trade unions, as well as assisting with staff consultation on a trust or school wide basis.
