Winckworth Sherwood has advised Countryside on its selection by Bracknell Forest Council as Joint Venture partner for the £124m next phase of Bracknell Town Centre’s regeneration. The initial project will focus on the redevelopment of three council owned sites at Market Street, Jubilee Gardens and Coopers Hill.  These first three sites have the potential to deliver approximately 400 homes, of which up to 35% will be affordable, alongside a new health centre, restaurant, gym, office space, community space and public art.

The Winckworth Sherwood team advised Countryside on all legal matters associated with its bid to regenerate the town centre, including the partnership, property and construction aspects of the joint venture arrangements proposed by the Council, and comprised Claire Hance-Lambie, Richard Tinham and Eleanor Kilminster.
