We are pleased to announce that Alison Talbot and Darren Oliver have both been successfully appointed to the Charity Commission’s panel of Interim Managers.
This is a significant appointment as interim managers are appointed by the Charity Commission to act as receivers and mangers in respect of the property and affairs of a charity when things have gone wrong. The interim managers take on the duties and responsibilities of the charity’s trustees and are appointed after a statutory inquiry has been opened into a charity. They take on the role if the Commission is satisfied that there is or has been misconduct and/or mismanagement in the administration of a charity or where there is a need to protect a charity’s property.
