It defines what we’re like as a firm and how people perceive us. We want to be a firm that people like to work with, and a company that people want to do business with.
We encourage all staff, including trainees, to volunteer their time and skills in the community where we work. Whilst current circumstances mean that we cannot volunteer as readily in person, we are maintaining links with our various CSR partners, and are carrying out many activities online. Those include spending time at the Southwark Citizens Advice Bureau rent arrears clinic, and a sponsored “Mileathon” as part of Green Week. Whatever you choose, one thing you can be sure of: you will gain as much from this experience as you give.
We also support a charity of the year, both raising monies for them (matched by the partnership), and in raising awareness of their work. That charity is voted for by the firm.
