Zoe is a Commercial Property Solicitor (2 year PQE) with experience in Landlord and Tenant work; Easement; Sales and Acquisitions; and Licences. She has been involved in supporting the property aspects of academy conversion and merger, statutory transfers, the granting of 125-year leases, disposals of school sites including playing fields, leases to community groups, capital projects and school development and the granting of easements. She was also a mentor for the Anglia Ruskin University Mentoring Program.

Recent experience

Working on a variety of matters, taking instructions from Limited Companies; private individuals; Charities, Trusts and Parish Councils. Recently completed an Option Agreement for a Charity as First Owner and private individuals as Second Owner of Land.
