DevelopHer: Insights on disputes after residential property sales
At this seminar, Jennifer Welby, Senior Associate in Property Litigation at Winckworth Sherwood, will consider problems which can arise after selling a residential property. We will cover the legal remedies available to purchasers, including in misrepresentation for claims for failure to disclose relevant information and in consumer protection legislation. We will also consider how the New Homes Ombudsman Scheme can affect sales of new homes by developers.
