I have been working in the social housing finance sector for over a decade, in both the private and public sphere. I primarily act for funders and investors on syndicated and bilateral secured private debt transactions, private placements in the UK and US market, public bonds and EMTN programmes. I also act for Banks and high net worth individuals in the real estate finance market on secured syndicated and bilateral loan facilities.

Recent experience

Key transactions I worked on previous roles were advising five investors (UK & US) on the £150m inaugural private placement for Chelmer Housing Partnership Limited and advising four lenders on the merger between Longhurst Group and Grand Union Housing Group, resulting in the creation of Amplius Living.
