Winckworth Sherwood has today (26 January) announced the appointment of Tim Foley as a Partner in the firm’s market-leading Property Litigation practice.
Tim joined the firm from Freeths where he was a partner in its real estate team. He was previously a partner at firms such as at Fladgate and Clyde & Co.
He brings to Winckworth Sherwood considerable experience and expertise acting for developers, occupiers and investors across a wide range of disputes.
His expertise extends to commercial landlord and tenant, dilapidations, 1954 Act renewals, freehold covenants and easements. He has particular expertise in the identification and management of risk arising from development sites, such as securing vacant possession and dealing with adverse rights affecting the delivery of developments.
On joining the firm, Tim said: “Winckworth Sherwood has a strong brand in the real estate sector and the clients to back that up. The firm provides a high-quality platform to which I can contribute and continue to build my career.”
