Yvonne is a property litigation solicitor with over 10 years’ experience advising on all aspects of contentious property disputes with a particular focus on landlord and tenant matters.

She has significant experience in dealing with all aspects of contentious commercial and residential property issues, including service charge disputes, recovering possession, breaches of leasehold covenants, dilapidations, nuisance claims and lease renewals. Yvonne acts for investors, commercial occupiers, developers, management companies and high net worth individuals. She focuses on the commercial needs of her clients and provides clear tailored advice and strategy. She has successfully settled many complex cases through means of dispute resolution, in particular mediation.

  • Successfully recovering possession for a landlord on the grounds of rent arrears and anti-social behaviour.
  • Acting for a high-profile individual on a TOLATA dispute relating to a large estate, where the matter was settled by mediation
  • Acting for the tenants in a resident’s association of a large block dealing with a complex service charge dispute.
  • Acting for a landowner on sales of mixed-use premises and providing strategic advice on achieving vacant possession by the completion date. Dealing with all aspects of the opposed lease renewals and serving relevant notices to quit.
