Victoria has over 15 years’ experience advising social landlords on all aspects of housing management litigation and practice. This ranges from advising on tenancy agreements, policies and procedures to representing landlords in litigation including possession claims against tenants and trespassers, actions in nuisance and anti-social behaviour, injunction proceedings, committal applications, rent arrears, abandonment, death of tenant(s), succession, tenancy fraud and disrepair claims. She also regularly deals with complex cases involving challenges under the Equality Act, human rights legislation and public law.
