About Samantha

Sam is a Legal Director in the Private Client team specialising in succession planning. Her wide-ranging practice covers the preparation of Wills and powers of attorney, and advising trustees and attorneys on their roles, powers and responsibilities.

The other major focus of Sam’s work is estate administration.  She deals with both straightforward and complex estates, acting for private executors and a number of national charities.

Sam also works closely with the firm’s contentious probate team, providing advice to beneficiaries and executors on the practical and tax implications of a challenge to an estate.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Sam worked for 15 years as a press officer and in a variety of marketing roles, mainly in the public and charitable sectors.
