Jonathan specialises in ecclesiastical property law, and has over two decades of legal experience, with a deep understanding of both agricultural and church law, having previously worked across a range of respected firms including Thrings, Hunters, and Charles Russell Speechlys.

His practice is informed by personal and professional involvement in the ecclesiastical sector—he has served on a Parochial Church Council, and members of his family hold various roles within local Churches (lay reader, Churchwarden and members of PCCs). Jonathan is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and a member of The Law Society, reflecting his broad legal expertise and commitment to serving faith-based and rural communities.
