Tilly is a Solicitor in the Employment team. She has previously worked with the Family Team, the Parliamentary, Planning and Public Law Team and the Education Team. Before she started her training at the firm, she was previously a Paralegal in the Real Estate team specialising in Indirect Investment and Securities.

• Advising on Child Arrangements, Prohibited Steps and Specific Issue Order applications under section 8 of the Children Act 1989
• Acting in divorce and financial remedy proceedings for high net worth individuals
• Drafting pre-nuptial agreements and advising clients on their enforceability

Parliamentary:

• Acting for objectors and promoters of Development Consent Orders
• Advising client on petitioner objections to Harbour Revision Order ahead of public inquiry

Education:

• Advising maintained schools, academies and multi academy trusts in connection with parental complaints
• Advising schools on legislation and statutory guidance in relation to safeguarding
• Assisting with disability discrimination claim
• Advising on contracts between schools and third party providers
