We recently launched our research report on leadership development, looking at how employers and employees currently feel about learning and development (L&D) for leaders in their organisations and progression into leadership roles.
Done in conjunction with YouGov, who surveyed over 1000 employees and 500 HR decision makers, we carried out this research as we see leadership development as being important in ensuring not only the personal growth, wellbeing and retention of the individual leaders themselves, but also more widely the retention of their team and the success of the organisation.
