Claudia is a Partner in the Residential Sales team and specialises in new build plot disposals for developer clients. Claudia will deal with all aspects of a development from attending the initial site set up meeting, preparing the legal pack, drafting UK Finance compliant contracts and leases, overseeing the day to day transactions from exchange until completion and, where applicable, effecting freehold reversion agreements.  She has launched sites in Asia and has knowledge of the overseas investor market and investor specific contract terms.

Claudia also administers Help to Buy funding agreements for a number of developer and registered provider clients

• Heading the private developer teams dealing with major London residential developments including Canary Wharf, the Landmark and 9 Millbank
• Launched L&G Homes’ first venture into residential homes at Crowthorne being a multi phased regeneration project
