Emre qualified into Winckworth Sherwood’s real estate team in September 2021, having trained at the firm. Emre acts on a wide range of development and conveyancing matters, including the acquisition of new development sites, development of the sites for residential and mixed use, and onward disposals as well as bulk sale purchases and disposals. Emre also has a high level of experience dealing with various utility agreements (such as s104 and s185 agreements) as well as substation leases and deeds of grants for the provision of easements. Emre also acts on a range of real estate finance matters, whether acting for lenders or borrowers.

• Acting on behalf of a developer in relation to the negotiation and completion of various licence agreements and deeds of easement in relation to a regeneration of Hounslow Quarter- a mixed residential retail and leisure scheme
• Acting on behalf of a developer in relation to the negotiation of a substation lease and deed of grant in relation to their development site at Camden Goods Yard
• Acting on behalf of a developer in relation to the negotiation of various car park leases and commercial unit leases at their development site at Fulham Wharf
