About Rebecca
Prior to starting her training contract, Rebecca worked as a paralegal in the employment department at Reed Smith for a year. She has also gained legal experience working as a paralegal at two other city law firms, and working as a case investigation officer at a healthcare regulator. Before changing to a career in law, Rebecca worked in the education sector for over three years. This includes her experience as an education researcher & writer at The Key, where she specialised in researching about school staff employment law issues.
