About Rachel
Rachel has many years experience in both residential conveyancing and development sales work with an in-depth knowledge of the property sector including new builds, Help to Buy, shared ownership, purchases, sales, re-mortgages and drafting residential leases and transfers.
Rachel graduated from University of the West of England with a Law Degree before completing her professional qualification with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives
Having dealt with site set ups for both shared ownership and private development clients and being a Team Leader Rachel has been involved with numerous sites for a variety of clients including Battersea Power Station, Galliard Homes, Sage Housing, Clarion and the joint venture between Ballymore and Oxley at Royal Wharf.
Rachel also attended many exhibitions in the UK and also in Hong Kong.
In her spare time, Rachel likes to do paddle boarding, ice skating and she is also part of a book club.
