About Lucy

Lucy is a New Zealand Qualified Solicitor who joined Winckworth Sherwood in 2012 after 4 years post qualification experience with Australasian firm Duncan Cotterill.

Lucy specialises in investment fund freehold reversion property acquisitions and has a background in property finance and general corporate law.

Lucy also has experience in leasing, advising property owners on Landlord and Tenant Act issues, and acting for finance providers.

Recent Experience

  • Large scale freehold reversion acquisition by investment fund of over 13,000 units
  • Part of team that completed 2012 large scale loan portfolio sale for Lloyds Bank
  • Acquisition of freehold and leasehold reversions by top UK ground rent portfolio investors
