Florence is a Solicitor in the Employment team who works with employees and employers on a wide range of employment law matters. She has worked on both non-contentious and contentious matters, which includes Employment Tribunal, County Court and High Court proceedings.

• Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, policies and employee handbooks.
• Advising on departures and negotiating exit packages and settlement agreements on behalf of both employees and employers.
• Acting for both claimants and defendants in the Courts and Tribunals.
• Assisting employer clients with day-to-day HR queries.
• Drafting and responding to data subject access requests.
• Advising employee clients in relation to complex grievances.
