Danielle is a New Zealand qualified lawyer in the Commercial Real Estate department with experience in commercial property transactions and telecommunications. She is currently acting for telecoms operators to assist them with handling their large cell site portfolios.
Beginning her career in the Property Department at Chapman Tripp in Auckland, Danielle was involved in a range of matters including advising on commercial acquisitions and disposals, residential apartment developments and commercial leasing matters.
She then moved to an inhouse role at Two Degrees Mobile Limited, where she was the legal partner to the Property Department. Danielle redrafted the company property documents and assisting with the more complex lease negotiations. She also provided pragmatic advice in relation to property issues and disputes with landlords.

- Advised on Two Degrees property portfolio matters relating to the company’s office, retail and cell site leases.
- Advised a large NZ retailer on the sale of its high value site in central Auckland.
- Advised a NZ developer in relation to multiple residential developments including the sale of vacant sections as well as apartment blocks.
