We are delighted to be involved with the BTR Forum again in 2020. This is an authoritative one-day event that brings together private and public sector leaders and key stakeholders to debate and exchange ideas.
This year’s theme is ‘Build To Rent – A Case of Mistaken Identify?’ This is underpinned by the view that BTR is at a crossroads, at a point where perception issues around its value, benefits and bandwidth remain, where greater regulation / rent controls are almost inevitable and where policy / planning is still unclear.
Understandably local authorities are focused on affordable homes, which BTR is delivering, but there is a wider housing need and an opportunity for ‘rented living’ to make a bigger contribution to all communities across all life stages.
We will be speaking and attending the BTR Forum. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to meet with us there.
