New UK Government Bill : Public Register for Non-UK Entities owning UK Land

The Registration of Overseas Entities Bill has been published by the Government as a part of its anti-corruption initiative. It will establish a public register of overseas entities who own property in the UK, which will lead to more onerous filing requirements for those owning commercial and residential property in this country.
